We offer two types of notarisation online. If neither option works for you, you can book an in-person
appointment at our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices, via their main websites listed in the contact section
Wet Ink Notarising
Traditional notarising with a wet ink signature and seal from the notary. Depending on your document, you may need to post this into us. Other types can be uploaded. Standard Paper Apostilles Available on these
E Notarising
Fully digital with a digital Qualified Electronic Signature of the Notary. You can use this to apply for an e apostille. Electronic Apostilles Available on these
How It Works

- 4. Upload your photo ID.
- 5. Notarised and returned to you.
- 6. Add an apostille (optional)
